Boys & Girls teams will be formed in the following Dual Age Levels and competitions
7/8 year old In-House Starter Sunday League
9/10, 11/12 & 13/14 year old travel teams participating in a metro area league and one post season tournament

2. COMPLETE THE FORM AND MAIL IT BACK PRIOR TO THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE (Due to limited space, registrations will only be accepted on a first come first served basis until all slots are filled)
3. COMPLETE AND RETURN YOUR US LACROSSE INFORMATION PRIOR TO MARCH 1st

TRAVEL LEAGUE PARTICIPATION

Ages 9/10, 11/12 & 13/14 @ $145.00
PROGRAMS AVAILABLE:
Pre-season Practice will take in March
*7/8 Sunday In-house League Play during April & May
*Travel League (9/10, 11/12 & 13/14)Play during April & May with a Post Season Tournament in June
*7/8 B Level Open Tournament in May
*NWA HS Tournament Team Try-outs in March with games in June & July
*Northwest HS Level (15/15 & 17/18) Boys League at the OMJCC during May - July |
