All inclement weather and field related announcements will be posted on the Home page and the CMSA Facebook page.

 CMSA is an open USSF affiliated league through SAY & US Club Soccer and all reciprocating USYSA state affiliates. Teams must affiliate through either SAY (Soccer Association for Youth) or US Club to play in these CMSA Leagues.  MSYSA registered teams will need to purchase additional tournament participation coverage or affiliat through either SAY or US Club Soccer for league play

Fall Saturday Leagues – Play an 8 game session
Fall Saturday Leagues will start September 9, 2017
Fall Saturday Leagues will end November 4, 2017
Rainout Make up Date for Saturday Boys will be November 11, 2017
Rainout Make up Date for Saturday Girls will be November 18, 2017
 
Fall Sunday Leagues – Play an 8 game session
Fall Sunday Leagues will start September 10, 2017
Fall Sunday Leagues will end November 5, 2017
Rainout Make up Date for Sunday Boys will be November 12, 2017
Rainout Make up Date for Sunday Girls will be November 19, 2017

 

7v7 play for age groups U8 thru U10
9v9 play for age groups U11 thru U12
11v11 play for age groups U13 thru U18

  

REGISTRATION DATES

Starts: at 9:00 AM on Monday June 15, 2017
Ends: at 11:00 PM on Sunday July 31, 2017

Programs, Clubs, Coaches & Managers must read the Team Placement Policy located under the Forms Tab #1.

To register your team you will need click on the Forms Tab. Complete steps #1 & 2 in the Registration Procedures Section.

  

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration: $450.00 per Team per League

Registration Fee after the July 31st Deadline: $550.00 per League

Forfeit Bond:

  • U8 – U12 $200 per team
  • U13 – U18 $300 per team

Forfeit Bond is only required if your Program/Club can not provide a field for league play. If your Program/Club has 3 or more teams and NO Fields then the Program/Club can send in a $500.00 bond to cover all teams.

 

REFEREE/ASSIGNOR FEES (TOTAL COST FOR 8 GAMES)

U8-U10 (7v7) $180.00 per team (1 referee)
U11-U12 (9v9) $320.00 per team (2 referees)
U13-U14 (11v11) $420.00 per team (2 referees)
U15-U18 (11v11) $500.00 per team (2 referees)

No referee fees are to be paid on the field

  

GAME LENGTHS

U8–U10 (7v7) 2x25 min. halves
U11-U12 (9v9) 2x25 min. halves
U13 -U14 (11v11) 2x30 min. halves
U15 -U18 (11v11) 2x35 min. halves

  

ROSTER SIZES

7v7 teams may roster 14 players
9v9 teams may roster 16 players
11v11 teams (U13 & U14 age groups) may roster 18 players
11v11 teams (U15 & above) may roster 22 players

   

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

Inclement weather field closings must be reported by the Host program to the CMSA office at 410-686-2212  prior to 9 AM on game day (or if your field has early AM games scheduled, by 6:30 AM). If a field closing is not reported, the Host program will be responsible for all fees incurred. All announcements will be posted on both the CMSA website Home page and on our Facebook pages by 11:00 am. Parents, Coaches, Players etc. should NOT call the league office for field closings. 
  

ADDITIONAL GENERAL INFORMATION

COACHES MUST REVIEW THEIR SCHEDULES PRIOR TO EACH GAME FOR ANY CHANGES, ADJUSTMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS
COACHES AND TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO SET UP ON ONE SIDE OF THE FIELD; WITH ALL SPECTATORS SET UP ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE PLAYING FIELD

REPORTING OF SCORES

Report All scores by Monday evening or you will not receive credit for the game. All games count towards the final standings; there are no championships. Follow the instructions posted in the Policies Section when reporting scores. Please see below for your Age Group Score Coordinator. The Age Group Score Coordinator only handles scores. If you have a question about the league please contact your league commissioners under the “CONTACT” tab on the CMSA website.
